Aloft Dallas Love Field

The place was perfectly clean and stylish, it had very pleasant and amazingly nice staff with her services. The hotel location was marvellous close to Love Field.

Homey hotel overall, is has excellent service and magnificent location down looking area. The rooms offered are inviting and well-maintained with a simple menu and children who ran around making thumping noises and shower. Courteous and incredibly nice staff as one would expect. They serve appetising food, have plenty of options to choose from.

Great setting, just off Richardson.

The outdoor pool was fantastic, and we really enjoyed the modern decor throughout the hotel. The shuttle service to the airport was timely and made travel so much easier for our family. And friendly staff.

Parking fees were a bit frustrating.

I had a quick stay after a late flight, and the room was super spacious and clean. The shuttle made getting to the airport easy. I loved lounging by the outdoor pool and soaking up the sun on the terrace, it was so relaxing! The only downside was the Wi-Fi could be spotty at times, but it didn't ruin my overall experience 😊

The cleanliness of my room and the attentive staff made a lasting impression. The inconsistent water temperature in the shower was a slight drawback.

Great location close to the airport. The room was super clean with air conditioning and hearing accessible options. Loved the outdoor pool with plenty of sun loungers to relax on. The fitness center was well-equipped too! Staff were really nice and made everything easy for us.

A Place with Great Potential, But Needs Improvement

During my recent two-night stay, I appreciated the convenient location near Love Field. The complimentary airport shuttle was helpful. I faced issues at the front desk that significantly affected my experience. I recommend guests verify their charges upon check-in and keep documentation handy for potential discrepancies.

This hotel is super modern with a cool vibe, with an awesome robot delivery service for snacks! The outdoor pool area was a hit, and the lounge spaces were perfect for hanging out with friends. I had a blast playing pool in the lobby!

Good vibes, but needs some tweaks

Stayed here for 4 nights with friends. Jennifer at the front desk was super friendly and helped fix our issues upon arrival. The room was nice, but there were some hiccups like stains on the table and no washcloths. Breakfast options were kinda lame. The bar area was cool and had good drinks, tho!

We enjoyed playing billiards and exploring the local area. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Don't forget to check out Alexa for the weather and music during your stay.
